Services
Trane, Carrier & Mitsubishi HVAC Services provides residential and commercial HVAC services including installation, repair, maintenance, and indoor air quality solutions throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. All work is performed by licensed, insured, and NATE-certified technicians.
Estimates & Pricing
We provide upfront pricing before any work begins. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during the service process. Any changes to the scope of work will be communicated and approved by the customer before proceeding.

Warranties cover defects in workmanship and do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments can be scheduled by phone at (650) 540-7205 or online through our booking system. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Emergency services are available 24/7.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Financing options are available for qualifying installations through our financing partner.
Licensing & Insurance
Trane, Carrier & Mitsubishi HVAC Services is a fully licensed, bonded, and insured HVAC contractor. Our technicians hold EPA 608 certifications and NATE certifications.
Limitation of Liability
Trane, Carrier & Mitsubishi HVAC Services's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects beyond our warranty, or damage caused by third parties.
